Preparation of Dahi Vada: balls of vada mixture were fried.
SNACKS
Gol gappas for evening snacks.
DESSERT
Atta for gulab jamun is being prepared (little experiment)
15th April (DAY:3)
BREAKFAST
For breakfast we had panner bhurji and rotis.
LUNCH
Daal ki sabzi, cauliflower kofta with toits
DINNER
Yellow daal with white rice.
16th April (DAY: 4)
BREAKFAST
Poori and rice with black channa, curd and salad.
