OBJECT STUDY 

REFLECTION 

object study was a project which taught me about the professional side of design industry. it also gave us a recap on the ways to categorise information (mind map) and brushed upon the ways to research information. then with form study i learned a new style of sketching called industrial sketching which was fun and quicker to do.  initially it was tough so i made sure i practiced a lot and got my hand used to this type of sketching. with this project i frequently visited market to check the various types of my object (toothbrush) available in the market which made me familiar with the market. one of the problems i faced was that i didnt focus the design of the object and was more into doing the secondary research because i was good at it. but im very glad i worked on my sketching skills which i didnt run away from it.
